Ordering & Shipping

Where can I buy your products?

Currently our online store, found at www.helloflux.co, is the only place to purchase genuine Flux products. We cannot offer support on items bought outside of our website claiming to be Flux. Authorized resellers will be listed on our website as they are added.

An Authorized Reseller is a business partner that has entered into a contractual relationship with Flux Products Inc., to sell its products.

If you see Flux products being offered outside of our website please notify us at report@helloflux.co

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes!

We offer free shipping on orders above $50 in the USA and Canada.

We offer free shipping on orders above $80 on international orders.

How soon will my order ship?

We ship all in items within 48 hours of you order! We do not fulfill orders on the weekend or on holidays. 

How long are shipping times?

On average, orders take 2-5 business days to arrive within the continental US

15-30 business days for most International orders.

Countries/areas that do not offer standard carrier tracking services may take longer.

You can choose to pay for faster shipping services at checkout. 

How can I track my order?

We will send you an email with tracking once your order is shipped. If you have an account, you can also login to view your Order History.

 

Can I change or add items after I place my order?

No. Unfortunately, items begin processing right after you order so we cannot add or change items to it. Please double check your cart before checkout. 

 

 

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Bitcoin and the following Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as most Debit cards.

How do I use a discount code?

Discount Codes must be entered at the checkout page. You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. Discount codes or gift cards must be applied at time of checkout. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.

NOTE: Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.

Is your site safe?

Yes! We use Shopify. All Shopify stores include a 128 bit SSL certificate that is used by the store shopping cart. In addition, Shopify's e-commerce hosting and software is Level 1 PCI compliant.


 

Return/Exchange Policy

What is your return policy?

At Flux, our priority is to make certain you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Flux within 30 calendar days of receipt of item(s). 

Please email support@helloflux.co with your order number, name and email to initiate an return and we'll handle the rest! 

Do you offer warranty? 

Yes! We offer a full 1 year manufacturers warranty in which we will exchange defected items for new ones.

What if I ordered the wrong item by accident?

If you need to exchange your item (you ordered the wrong color, size, model..etc) you will need to send it back to us. Please email support@helloflux.co with your order number, name and email to initiate an exchange and we'll handle the rest! 

What if my item is damaged?

Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within 7 business days of receipt of item(s). All return items must be in new and unused condition and in original packaging.

The warranty will not cover product failure because any defect or malfunction that is caused as a result of misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, abuse, or use with improper or faulty equipment. It doesn’t cover incidental damages including but not limited to water damage and dropping. Also, the warranty isn’t any good after you open any product that isn’t intended to be opened – please don’t try and fix anything yourself.
